The shell of the safety cabinet is welded seamlessly with 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate. The operation area is one-piece molding of 304# stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and resistant to acid and alkali.

The operation area adopts two-layer structure of four sides (left and right sides, rear part, bottom part), and all the pollution parts are under negative pressure or surrounded by negative pressure.

The safety cabinets of the factory are tested by strict pressure decay method, and the leakage prevention performance of the cabinet meets the requirements of the national biosafety cabinet industry standard YY0569-2005.

Utilizing a world-renowned brand of Ultra-high efficiency filter(ULPA) made of borosilicate glass fiber, the filtration efficiency is ≥99.9995%.

High-efficiency filter integrity: scannable filter for leak detection at any point, tests strictly in accordance with national industry standard YY0569-2005, each safety cabinet passes the strict high-efficiency filter integrity test.

Double filter system ensures that the descending airflow and exhaust gas meet the requirements of biosafety standards. The entire peripheral airflow of the front window of the safety cabinet should be inward, no external airflow, and the inflow airflow from the front window operation port be ensured that it does not enter the work area.

The front window of the safety cabinet is treated with 6mm thickness  tempered coating glass to prevent UV damage and prevent damage.

The height of the front window exceeds the calibration scale sound and light alarm, the interlocking system starts, and the alarm is automatically released when falling back to the safe altitude.

Fan chain: When the exhaust fan fails, the downdraft fan stops working immediately, and the sound and light alarm system starts. When the downflow fan fails, the exhaust fan continues to work and the sound and light alarm system starts within 15 seconds.

When the UV lamp is turned on, the front window glass cannot be opened, and the UV lamp cannot be turned on when the front window glass is not closed, so as to avoid damage to the human body caused by ultraviolet rays during misoperation.

The height standard value of the front window operation port is 200mm, which is comfortable to operate and has an accuracy error of ≥5mm;

Set the collecting tank with a capacity of not less than 4 liters below the operating table and equipped with a drain valve to easy to use safely when collecting spilled liquid and cleaning.
